Greeks Immigrating to Canada: Then vs Now is the first season of
Ten Tone Profiles, a video series by Ten Tone Productions that
celebrates the voices of our community.
Through ten
short episodes, the season explores what it means to leave home
and begin again in a new country. Featuring stories from different
generations, it highlights the courage, sacrifice, and resilience
of Greek immigrants who shaped life in the diaspora. These are not
just stories of arrival, but of building families, communities,
and futures against the unknown.
Success is often
measured by titles or wealth, but this series shines a light on a
different kind of success — one rooted in values, strength, and
the bonds we carry across oceans. It is dedicated to the mothers
and fathers, brothers and sisters, who left everything behind to
create opportunity for the next generation.
