GREEK ARTIST EXPO - “She” 2019

Ten Tone Productions welcomes you to an immersive art experience. The highlight of the evening will be a unique, visual and acoustic performance of the book of Greek poetry, “ΟΙ ΕΡΩΣΥΛΙΕΣ”.

Three years ago, George Scandalis wrote his first show and was searching for a credible production partner. Due to a lack of options he launched his own production company, Ten Tone Productions, in partnership with Elisseos Kyrillou. Since then, Ten Tone Productions has successfully produced and staged three original shows in three years – and with the generous help of local businesses that support the arts, they were able to hire over 30 artists, in some cases repeatedly. Ten Tone Productions expanded its scope and subsequently added a new partner in 2018, Irene Pavlakis, to support its new and growing production schedule.

This evening was planned to celebrate original Greek poetry, including a dramatic reading from the book “ΟΙ ΕΡΩΣΥΛΙΕΣ” after the successful run of the original play based on the book in November 2018. However, an incredible painting was gifted to George by a local Greek female artist that made him realize that there were many artists like him that have bodies of work with no stage or platform to reach an audience. As such, George wanted to provide an opportunity for these incredible local artists to showcase their work, and expanded the evening to be a Greek artist expo celebrating ALL the arts. Ten Tone Productions put forth a call for artists with no restrictions and no form of art excluded, with only one exception; as the theme and title of this year’s Greek Artist Expo is “SHE” the call was restricted to local female artists.

We invite you to come and meet the artists, enjoy a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres, and immerse yourself in an unparalleled multi-disciplined experience – and end the night dancing with a summer kick-off party brought to you in part by Signature Productions.

Partial proceeds will be donated to a local charity – #GreekArtistExpoTO
